Vendor Registration Request

Dear retailer,

We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor of our e-voucher services. To initiate the registration process, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following documents for evaluation:

  1. Certificate of Commercial Registration: A copy of your company's commercial registration certificate issued by the relevant authorities.

  2. Tax Information: Documents confirming your tax status, such as tax identification number (TIN, etc.).

  3. Proof of Address: A valid proof of address for your company, such as an electricity, water, or telephone bill issued within the last three months.

  4. Contact Information: Updated contact details for your company, including email address, phone number, and mailing address.

  5. Commercial References (Optional): If available, providing commercial references from previous clients or business partners can strengthen your application.

Note: Submission of the above documents does not guarantee automatic approval as a vendor. We reserve the right to accept or reject any vendor registration request based on internal evaluation criteria.
