We want to explain how our payment system works so you can make the most of your purchasing experience.
First, by pre-ordering an e-voucher from a partner store, you're securing your interest in the e-voucher. After placing the pre-order, the store will generate a unique code for you or whoever will be using it.
Next, you'll need to make the payment through the payment methods the store will send via email, if the pre-order is done online here. If done in person at the store, simply settle the pre-order amount directly with the shopkeeper, and the code will be activated.
To use the e-voucher, you can redeem it in person at the physical store, check the social media or online store if available, and order desired products. You can contact the shopkeeper and order products they have in stock. Contact details and links to social media or the online store are available in the store window.
Payments with the e-voucher. The e-voucher is only valid at the store where it was purchased. You should make payments with the e-voucher in the same window where the e-voucher purchase was made, just enter the code and proceed to checkout. If done in person at the physical store, the process is the same, and you can confirm directly with the shopkeeper your payment with the e-voucher.
Recurring payments with e-voucher. The balance is visible with each payment you make before proceeding to checkout.
It's important to note that both the pre-order process and payment are conducted directly with the store. We act as intermediaries to facilitate the transaction, but the money never passes through us.
