Terms of Service for E-voucher Suppliers
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia. These terms govern your relationship with Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia as an e-voucher supplier and affect your legal rights and obligations. By using our services as a supplier, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- Supplier: Refers to the entity or individual offering e-vouchers for sale or distribution through the platform of Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia.
- E-voucher: Refers to an electronic voucher that can be redeemed for specific products or services as described in the voucher.
- Platform: Refers to the online platform provided by Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia where suppliers can list, sell, and manage e-vouchers.
- Customer: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing e-vouchers through the E-Vouchers Wonderstores platform.
2. Supplier Registration
- To become a supplier on the platform of Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia, you must register and provide accurate and up-to-date information about your company or legal entity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.
3. Listing of E-vouchers
- By listing an e-voucher on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the product or service associated with the e-voucher.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all listed e-vouchers comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Sale of E-vouchers
- By selling an e-voucher through our platform, you agree to comply with the terms of the voucher, including any validity restrictions and redemption conditions.
- You are responsible for providing adequate customer support related to the purchase, redemption, and use of the e-voucher.
5. Payments
- Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia will sell the service in multiples of €1000 at €25 each, price without VAT. If your company is validated on VIES, no VAT will be charged.
- Payment for e-voucher sales will be processed according to the terms agreed between you and Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia.
6. Supplier Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for any content you list or submit through our platform.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia harmless from any liability arising from third-party claims related to the e-vouchers you list or sell.
7. Modifications of Terms
- Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice to suppliers.
- Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your agreement to the modified terms.
8. Termination
- Xolo Go OÜ - José Augusto Mendes Correia reserves the right to terminate your supplier account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
- Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the E-Vouchers Wonderstores platform as a supplier.
9. Applicable Law
- These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with EU laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
